Ivanka Trump has shared photos from a family celebration marking her maternal grandmother Marie Zelníčková’s 100th birthday. The gathering took place on September 26, 2026, at Trump’s home in the Miami area and brought together four generations of the family.
Zelníčková, affectionately called “Babi” by the family, was joined by her three grandchildren and all 10 of her great-grandchildren, according to Trump’s social media post.
Four generations gather for Miami celebration
Trump published photos from the celebration on Instagram on October 2. She described the gathering as a reflection of the family and legacy her grandmother has created during her century of life.
“100 years of life, love, family and memories,” Trump wrote at the beginning of the post.
The photographs showed Zelníčková surrounded by relatives, including Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner and their three children. Eric Trump attended with Lara Trump and their two children, while Donald Trump Jr. was pictured with Bettina Anderson and his five children.
The event was held at Trump’s Miami home. She and Kushner live with their family in Indian Creek Village, the private island community near Miami Beach commonly known as “Billionaire Bunker.”
Indian Creek has become known for its wealthy and high-profile residents. Miami Herald reporting has identified Trump and Kushner among residents of the exclusive community.
Ivana Trump remembered during the gathering
The celebration also included a tribute to Ivana Trump, Zelníčková’s daughter and Ivanka Trump’s mother.
Ivana Trump died in July 2022 at age 73. In her birthday message, Ivanka said her mother was deeply missed but remained present through the family’s stories and memories.
Trump told her grandmother that her love had influenced several generations of the family. The photos showed relatives gathered for a formal portrait as well as more informal moments from the celebration.
Who is Marie Zelníčková?
Marie Zelníčková is the mother of the late Ivana Trump and the maternal grandmother of Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.
She is originally from what is now the Czech Republic and has maintained a close relationship with her grandchildren. Ivanka Trump has previously said that her grandmother helped raise her and now lives with her family.
Trump also shared a public birthday tribute when her grandmother turned 97, describing her as mentally sharp and someone who still enjoyed playing games with the family.
Why the announcement has a Miami connection
The birthday was a private family milestone, so it does not create any road closures, public events or required action for Miami residents.
Its local connection comes from the celebration’s location and the family’s residence in Indian Creek Village. The small gated municipality sits on an island in Biscayne Bay near Miami Beach and regularly receives attention because of its prominent residents and high-value waterfront properties.
The September 26 gathering offered a rare look at a family celebration inside one of the Miami area’s most private residential communities.
What remains private
Trump shared photographs and a personal message, but the family did not release additional information about the guest list, arrangements or other details of the private event.
The announcement was focused on Zelníčková’s longevity and her influence across four generations rather than on politics or public business.
