Susie’s Dry Cleaners

After seeing all positive reviews I thought that I finally found a good dry cleaning service in Miami but this was extremely disappointing. Some basic stains were not removed at all, the jacket smells as if it wasn't cleaned at all, plus I have news white stains on the sleeve from cleaning chemicals. Not only they didn't clean it well but they damaged the color. I am appalled at how poorly this was done.

Susie is the nicest and sweetest shop keeper in all of Miami! She knew my name when I walked in to pick up my first drop off. The shop is located on the 4th floor of the Sun Trust building. Take the elevators on the left to the 4th floor. If you are in the area this is by far the nicest place to get your dry cleaning done and if you have the time to take a few minutes to chat with such a kind human. 🤗
