I recently used OPT Concierge in Miami, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The communication was smooth, the car was spotless, and the chauffeur was professional and on time. They made the entire ride comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and luxurious transportation.
I had an incredible experience with onpoint Limo Service! From start to finish, everything was professional, punctual, and luxurious. The booking process was smooth, and the customer service team was helpful and responsive. Our chauffeur arrived early, was impeccably dressed, and made sure we were comfortable the entire ride. The limo itself was spotless, well-stocked, and felt like a true VIP experience. Highly recommend for any special occasion will definitely be booking again!
I used Opt Concierge today. The dispatcher was very easy to work with. The driver picked me up at Mt Sinai and he was on time, professional, patient, and a good guy. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Can’t say enough good things about On Point Limo. Mohammad will go out of his way to make sure you have an excellent experience. I’ve used his service a few times now and everything has been outstanding. Even last minute they will do their best to make it work. Hassan is one of his drivers and is great at what he does. He met us in a very crowded area in Miami and got us out of there and home in no time.
Great service from pickup to drop off. We used Opt Concierge for a pickup from Miami airport to the 1 Hotel in South Beach. We had a baby so they brought a car seat and the ride was very comfortable. Highly recommend.
