Horrible, horrible experience. Our boat got into 2 accidents (see photos of the damage), our captain was drinking on the job, and we did not get to ride the jet skis we paid for because we were told “there was not enough time left” after we lost most of the time because the captain had no idea how to anchor without hitting other boats. I would absolutely never recommend this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. And it does not matter if this company does not actually own the boats, someone should be held accountable when our groups lives were put at risk due to complete and utter incompetence.

This was a bad experience from the beginning, Alejandro was terrible! Doesn't speak English and was very rude, no customer service, just his aura was off putting. He even arrived late and delayed us departing. We have video evidence that there was an issue with the bathroom and Alejandro refused to return our security deposit even though there is no evidence or proof that anyone from our party did anything to cause the toilet to not flush. Alejandro absolutely ruined our experience and I highly recommend staying away from this company. Also the parking area is not safe! No cameras and multiple breaking. Stay away! Shout out the the captain "Oscar" he was very pleasant gave us a good experience.

My car was stolen into and my car window was broken in the Marina parking lot, my belongings were stolen. Very deserted and unsafe street. There are also no cameras. I don't recommend going to this place. Without any security.

RUN !! This was one of my worst yacht experience, Alejandro, who gave me a fake name “Alex” was absolutely disgusting to me and the rest of my party . We Paid a $300 deposit before sailing , 3 people out of all 13 of us told the captain that the toilet was clogged . While sitting there for 45 minutes, trying to pass a boating test , that I never ever had to do when renting a yacht by the way! when were coming back As soon as we pulled in, Alejandro walked up and greeted us saying that the toilet was clogged. Like how did you know that no one inspected the toilet or the entire boat?… So I feel like this was planned and they were trying to find somebody’s deposit to take to do the repairs. Alex is the absolute worst, Seems very racist From the initial stages, he treated us like We were nothing. I told them to call the police and they have yet to call the police ! The facility was very filthy and I DO NOT recommend!

Booked a boat and they started ignoring me . Terrible customer service
