The store is clean, modern, and very well organized, making it easy to find exactly what you need. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with recommendations or questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the products they carry. Every visit is a great experience, Highly recommend to anyone in the Kendall area.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews mentioning friendly staff, but unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience as a regular customer. I have been going here for years now but it seems like everyday they care less and less about being polite. On my most recent visit, I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in, and the interaction at the register felt very dismissive. When I calmly brought it up, the response was defensive rather than apologetic, and escalated quickly. I was even asked ‘what’s wrong with you,’ accompanied by scoffing during the interaction…. The owner was present and observed the situation without intervening which I found very disrespectful. I’m not expecting special treatment just basic courtesy like saying hello or smiling back when I am greeting and professionalism, especially from a business serving beauty professionals. There is definitely room for improvement in customer service.
