You need something done with your watch? Remsy has got your back! I needed an engraving done on my fiancees' watch last minute (I came by Wednesday and was leaving the country on friday). Ramsy took on the assignment immediately and promised me to be done on thursday (so 24 hours that is). And he delivered as promised! We're super happy with the result and Remsy is such an amazing person to talk to - very chill guy :)

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Had an issue with our Rolex Datejust and without hesitation they took care of us under their 1 year guarantee. One of the staff/owners named Ramsey talked with us for over an hour answering every question we had without at all rushing us out the door. After our conversation, we decided to have him service 4 more pieces even though he is an hour and 45 minutes from us. He will now be taking care of all of my future pieces and I hesitate going anywhere else. Thanks for the great experience. Have already told many about you guys and will be telling more folks.

I've been looking for watchmaker like this for a very long time! They don't just service Rolex and Swiss watches that most watchmakers can, they can also handle rare vintage watches like expensive vintage Seiko. They have lots of old Seiko parts and can source what they don't have. They do excellent job and prices are good.

I have been dealing with Sarraff for over 30 years. Have always been extremely satisfied with the service, and have recommended many friends and family members over the years with equal results. It' rare in todays world to find true old world craftsmanship. This is not some kid in a mall kiosk changing batteries on a Seiko. Sarraff will be my "watch guy" for as long as they are in business.
