I had a wonderful experience at Solitaire in Brickell. Nely was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly professional in every interaction. She consistently welcomed us into her office - even without an appointment, and graciously showed us the units as many times as we needed to see them. Her patience, knowledge, and warm approach made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. I am genuinely grateful for her professionalism and dedication. Amazing Experience at Solitair Brickell! Moving to Brickell couldn’t have been smoother thanks to Nair Ochoa at Solitair Brickell. She was amazing from start to finish professional, friendly, and truly cared about making my relocation easy. The building is absolutely stunning with incredible views of the Miami skyline and amenities that are second to none from the rooftop pool and modern gym to the stylish resident spaces. I’ve had a great experience living at Solitair, but the standout feature of this building is the front desk service—especially Luis. From day one, Luis has consistently gone above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. He’s always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, whether it’s assisting with packages, greeting residents by name, or helping resolve small issues quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about the people in the building. Luis creates a welcoming atmosphere every time you walk into the lobby and truly elevates the living experience here.

It’s a place where you genuinely feel comfortable. What really stands out is the staff.
