The whole process was very easy and Internet started working right away. I first moved into my building. I gave them a call. They gave me a simple and clear explanations on what routers order and how to set up a few days later they called me back and Internet was up and working in just a few minutes. Highly recommend.

Overall, I would actually give a 4.5. We received support from IT of US to activate service to a router at a new property. The phone rep was friendly and professional. They identified an issue with speed and had to send tech's to the property. The techs were knowledgeable, identified the problem as being the physical port, replaced it, and worked with us to get the router & service running properly. Much of the initial contact was strictly email & it took a bit to get a direct phone number. But, once we had the number, calls were answered and the response was good. I would use ITofUS again and would recommend them for service.
