I ordered my water heater online and chose the pick up option. The price was competitive with the typical online retailers, but I wanted someone local in case I had any issues. When I went to pick it up, it was a quick and streamlined process. I was in and out in under a couple of minutes. The person in the front was very knowledgeable. They gave me some good advice and piece of mind on my purchase. Will definitely buy from them again if I ever need a water heater. I recommend this business, especially if you're local in Miami.
This is by of the most pleasant online experiences I have ever had. This Rheem tankless was an amazing price, I needed to call these folks a couple times as i am NOT a plumber. They were amazingly helpful and kind.
Thumbs up to Miami Water Heater! Great customer service from quotation to finished installation. Owner & Office Team were extremely proactive and helpful. The installation crew (Alain & Jose) were attentive, respectful, and professional. Thank you for providing great service!
Great value...shipped and arrived very fast..cheapest around..and a extended warranty
Had a satisfying experience from Miami Water Heater. There was an issue with Amazon that didn’t allow them to ship to my area. I called MWH directly and asked if they could ship the water heater and they actually had a better price than amazon did for the same product. They were. Rey helpful when I called for installation advice.
