Good Guys Garage Door Solutions

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These guys really are the GOOD GUYS! 😂 My garage door decided to stop working, so I started searching Google for someone who could fix it. I came across Good Guys Garage Door Solutions and noticed all the great reviews, so I figured, “Why not give them a call?” I called around 7:00 AM (yes, I was that person calling that early 😂), and a very sweet lady named Gene answered the phone. She was super friendly and professional, especially considering it was barely morning! I explained that my garage door wasn’t working and asked if they could come out and take a look and give me an estimate. Gene told me they were completely booked for the day and that their next available appointment was about three days out. I told her that was fine because I wasn’t in a huge rush. But then Gene said she would make some calls and see if she could get someone out sooner. About 20 minutes later, my phone rings and Gene tells me, “We’re going to send Ryan over.” 😳 Now THAT is customer service! Ryan showed up and immediately started explaining everything that was going on with my garage door. Let me tell you… I thought I knew how a garage door worked. Apparently, I knew absolutely NOTHING. 😂 Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. He wasn’t just throwing a bunch of technical terms at me and hoping I would say yes. He actually took the time to educate me, and by the time he was done, I felt like I had completed Garage Door 101. 😂 He gave me an estimate, and the price was actually very reasonable. I honestly expected them to come back with some crazy number, but nope! The price was fair enough that I couldn’t pass it up. I gave them the green light, and Ryan told me it would take about two hours. I also wasn’t expecting them to do the work the SAME DAY, but they got right to it. From Gene answering the phone early in the morning, to Ryan coming out, explaining everything, doing the work, and making sure everything was good before leaving — the entire experience was awesome. Good Guys Garage Door Solutions definitely lived up to their name! Great people, great communication, great service, professional work, and very reasonable pricing. If your garage door is acting crazy, making weird noises, refusing to open, or basically deciding it no longer wants to participate in your daily life 😂 — call these guys! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs garage door repair or service. Thank you, Gene, Ryan, and the Good Guys team! You guys are awesome! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ryan and Matt came and fixed my garage door. They replaced the torsion garage springs, installed a new reinforcement bracket, and readjusted all garage door components. They are courteous, honest, professional, and they provided a detailed quote before the work was started. When the garage door work was finished they went over the scope of the work they performed. Iam very happy with their work and service.

Here’s the updated version with Ryan highlighted naturally throughout the review: Absolutely phenomenal experience with Good Guys Garage Door Solutions. From the very beginning, Ryan made the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free. He personally came out from Miami to Boca to quote the job, explained everything thoroughly, and you could immediately tell he genuinely cared about doing quality work the right way. Even with their busy schedule, they were able to get me taken care of quickly. From estimate to full install took only about a week and a half max, which was far faster than I expected. What impressed me even more was that Ryan didn’t just sell the job and hand it off to someone else he was personally involved in the installation as well. The install was completed quicker than originally quoted, and they even fixed my garage door that was off level, which wasn’t part of the original issue. That level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship is hard to find today. After the installation was complete, Ryan took the time to walk me through the entire setup, made sure all of my automations were connected properly, helped set up my truck’s garage door opener, and answered every single question I had. He never made me feel rushed and genuinely wanted to make sure I was 100% happy before shaking my hand and considering the job complete. The quality of service, professionalism, communication, and workmanship was honestly worth far more than what they charged. It’s rare to find companies and owners who truly care about customer experience the way Ryan and Good Guys Garage Door Solutions do. If you want a company that is honest, responsive, highly skilled, and takes real pride in their work, I highly recommend Good Guys Garage Door Solutions.

I recently had an issue with my garage door opener not open properly. It turned out the the tension springs and the motor both need to be replaced. I acquired the service of the good guys garage door solutions and they did an outstanding job. Very professional and respectful. They were punctual and effective using the time. They replaced both of the springs, put new rollers, new motor with the new chain and sensor all that under 2 hours. Now my garage door is super quiet and smooth. I Totally recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Good Guys Garage Doors! From start to finish, Ryan was incredibly responsive and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process easy and stress-free. As soon as our doors arrived, Ryan and his team scheduled the installation right away and did a fantastic job. One of the garage windows arrived from the manufacturer with a scratch, and before my husband and I even noticed, Ryan had already contacted the manufacturer and started the process to have it replaced. The replacement has now been installed, and the doors look amazing! We truly appreciate the care and professionalism they showed throughout the entire process. We’re so happy we chose Good Guys Garage Doors and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
