Completing my 200-Hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Synergy Yoga was such a special and meaningful experience. I’m deeply grateful to Victoria Brunacci for making this journey possible and for sharing her knowledge, patience, guidance, and passion with us. These weeks brought so much personal, mental, and spiritual growth, while deepening my connection to yoga and to myself. I’m also grateful to have received my Sound Healing Certification as part of this beautiful experience. Victoria, thank you for everything you poured into this training. I’ll always carry these teachings and memories close to my heart. I finished my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training last week, and it was a deeply transformative and soul enriching experience. I truly recommend this training to anyone who feels called to the path of yoga, not only to those who wish to become instructors. Victoria lovingly guided us through a profound journey of learning that will remain with us for a lifetime. Through this experience, we were invited to look inward, deepen our connection to ourselves, and cultivate greater presence, compassion, and awareness. After completing the training, I feel confident that we will become not only more skilled yoga instructors but also more conscious, heart-centered human beings. I am deeply grateful to Victoria, the teachers and to the beautiful souls I met along the way, who shared their wisdom, energy, and light with me. Thanks to them, I feel inspired and ready to share my own light, serve my community, and continue walking this path with an open heart.

I just experienced a Yoga Retreat in Tulum, México, and putting this unique experience into words feels almost impossible. It’s something you truly have to live and feel for yourself. A journey of opening the heart to compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, and self-love. ✨ Thank you to Patricia and Victoria for the excellent organization and hard they put into it to make sure we were all having a wonderful and forgettable experience. The experience will transform your soul and I can only say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Victoria. Her passion and love for teaching is obvious from the second you walk into the studio. The studio offers a wide range of classes and training programs and I highly reccomend choosing the class or training program that suits your soul. Please do yourself a favor and come for a class. We recently came back from a wonderful yoga retreat in El Salvador with Synergy. It was our first retreat and we went as a family of 4 with all different levels of abilities. Victoria and Patricia were amazing. They are so genuine and generous with their knowledge. The beach front location was serene and the food was delicious. They took extra care of dietary needs which really helped it to be a rejuvenating trip. We would definitely go on another retreat with them.
