I had such a great experience at the Eden Roc Spa! The atmosphere was super relaxing, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my treatment was exactly what I needed. Everything felt clean, peaceful, and luxurious without being over the top. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing spa day in Miami Beach.

My stay at the spa has been nothing short of exceptional. Alba Lozano, Anueska, and Axel each brought their own touch of warmth and professionalism that made every moment feel intentional. Alba’s attention to detail, Anueska’s calming presence, and Axel’s genuine care created an experience that felt both luxurious and personal. I left feeling restored, cared for, and truly impressed by the level of service.

Booked a massage for my parents and I for my birthday. Alex helped me with scheduling on the phone and was very friendly and informative about their services. When we got to the spa the staff at the front were all very welcoming and friendly. We were then introduced to Osvaldo, he took care of us the rest of the day. He was amazing!!! He made our experience so memorable, he was kind, attentive, and detail oriented. Yuris did my massage, she was wonderful! The best massage I have ever had, all the tension from my shoulders was gone, my entire body felt so loose and relaxed in the best way. Yuris is very professional and knows what she’s doing. We had such an amazing time, we will definitely be returning and recommending this spa to our family and friends.

I’ve been coming to the spa here for 15+ years. It’s so nice to see Gail’s welcoming smile checking into the spa area. She’s been here at least five years and curates the most incredible selection of clothing and accessories for the reception area. I love visiting the amenities (especially the cold plunge and relaxation lounge) and being able to enjoy the pool, beach, and discounted meals onsite. Always a treat! Thanks Gail and team!

The massage and facials were SUPERB. Definitely the highlight of the experience! The oceanfront relaxation room was beautiful, but unfortunately extremely hot, and the steam room stopped working during our visit.The biggest frustration was communication. Whenever we had questions, it felt like no one really had the information, and we had to keep finding different staff members to get answers to simple questions. Did not experience the pool or beach.
